INSPIRE Film Series - CSU NI

What does Social and Environmental Entrepreneurship mean? What does Triple Bottom Line mean? The CSU Net Impact team would like to invite you to think "Intersectionally" by coming to our Film series. The film series is meant to inspire audiences to work being done in various parts of the world and to think how social and environmental issues being tackled at grassroots level can be replicated to spur businesses that have larger and global impact.

The first in the series of films being screened, is a double feature. River Reborn (20 minutes) identifies the advatanges of water harvesting in the desert state of India. Eco Dharma brings into limelight the indegenous tribe of India that were the first tree huggers of the world from the 15th century. Their values and beliefs on sustainability have helped them survive their climatic environment over centuries. And till today they have maintained the high standard of their tradition.

Welcome to the CO-Net Impact Blog

This blog is for everyone involved in the Colorado Net Impact community. Whether you're a student or a professional, the belief in the power of business to have a positive net social, environmental and economic impact ties us all together. Its my hope that we can get some good dialogue, networking, rants, raves, diatribes, thoughts, connections, promotions, insights, intersectional ideas, suggestions, rebuttles, advice, etc., etc., etc. Speak to your chapter leader about being added as an author so you can post!

It's my idea that "CO-Net Impact" will come to mean more than just Colorado Net Impact, but will be a brand that represents Cooperative Net Impact, and the idea that we can have an even bigger positive impact if we join forces.
